Today’s Healthcare Advisory
Referral Partners
FOR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
A Clinical Partner
your clients can
Truly rely on.
When aging becomes part of the conversation, Today’s Healthcare Advisory provides you with a trusted clinical resource so every referral reflects well on you.
“Your clients trust you with their most important decisions. When aging enters the conversation, they deserve a clinical partner you can confidently refer to.”
Today’s Healthcare Advisory provides private concierge nursing oversight for older adults across Metro Atlanta. We work alongside the professionals who already serve them — elder law attorneys, financial advisors, geriatric care managers, and physicians — serving as a clinical extension of your practice. When you refer a client to us, they receive the same standard of care you provide: attentive, thorough, and personal.
•CLIENT PROFILE•
The client we serve are likely already yours.
Our clients are older adults and their families who have the financial resources to invest in clinical oversight and the judgment to recognize its value. They are not yet in crisis, but they are past the point where standard care is enough.
01
Aging adults living at home
Adults aged 70 and older living independently in Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, and Forsyth counties who wish to remain at home with dependable clinical supervision.
02
Adult children managing from a distance
Out-of-state family members who need trusted clinical eyes on the ground. Someone who assesses consistently, communicates clearly, and acts quickly when circumstances change.
03
Families navigating real complexity
Clients managing chronic illness, post-hospital recovery, cognitive decline, or end-of-life planning who need more clinical continuity than the healthcare system alone provides.
HOW IT WORKS
What happens when you refer a client?
Available as needed for enrolled clients and as standalone services for families not yet enrolled in a monthly package.
01. You make a warm introduction
A simple email or phone call is all it takes. You can refer directly to our office at care@todayshealthcareadvisory.com or at (470) 458-2505. Your client is welcome to self-refer and mention your name. We follow up promptly, typically within one business day.
[ YOUR TIME: 5 MINUTES ]
02. Free 15-minute discovery call with the family
We speak with the family first. No clinical commitments and no pressure. The call establishes whether there is a fit and what level of support makes sense. Families consistently describe it as the clearest conversation they have had about their loved one’s care.
[ NO COST TO CLIENT ]
03. $295 comprehensive clinical assessment
A comprehensive in-home clinical evaluation covers health status, medications, cognitive and mobility screening, home safety, and risk identification. A written care plan is delivered within 24 hours. The $295 fee is credited toward the first month of any ongoing package. This is typically where families first realize what they have been missing.
[ WRITTEN REPORT WITHIN 24 HOURS ]
04. Ongoing monthly support begins
Based on the assessment findings, we recommend the appropriate tier. The options are Essential Oversight at $695 per month, Comprehensive Care at $1,495 per month, or Premium Concierge at $2,495 per month. The family decides. No long-term contracts are required beyond a 30-day notice period. Clinical oversight begins immediately upon enrollment.
[ MONTHLY PACKAGES, PRIVATE PAY ]
05. You stay informed when it matters
With client consent, we communicate with referring professionals when findings are clinically relevant, especially when they may affect estate planning, financial planning, or legal decision-making capacity. We consider ourselves part of your client’s broader professional team.
[ COLLABORATIVE APPROACH ]
Why IT MATTERS
This protects your clients and your practice.
When a client’s health declines without clinical oversight, the consequences eventually affect everyone involved in their care. An elder law attorney whose client experiences a preventable hospitalization may face questions about whether proactive steps were discussed. A financial advisor managing significant assets faces greater exposure when cognitive decline goes undetected. A geriatric care manager without a clinical nursing partner works with an incomplete picture.
Today’s Healthcare Advisory closes that gap. We identify changes early, document findings consistently, and provide families with the clinical clarity they need to make sound decisions before a crisis forces their hand.
Referring a client to us is not an add-on recommendation. It is a practical step that reduces risk, supports your existing work, and shows your client that you are paying attention to the full picture of their life.
